We provide tools to help users filter potential language partners by language proficiency, location, and interests, along with features for messaging, following, testimonials, reporting/blocking, and profile customization.

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you will keep it updated.
  • Profile Information: You agree to provide accurate details about your native language, languages you are learning, location, and interests. This information will be used to connect you with relevant language partners.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. User Conduct

You agree to use Speak with Native in a respectful, lawful manner. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

  • Harassment and Abuse: Engaging in harassment, abuse, or any behavior that disrupts the experience of other members.
  • Inappropriate Content: Sharing inappropriate, illegal, or offensive content on your profile, in messages, or through testimonials.
  • Misrepresentation: Providing false information about your identity, language skills, or other aspects of your profile.
  • Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access another user’s account or any part of Speak with Native for which you do not have authorization.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. User-Generated Content

Users may contribute content, including profile information, messages, testimonials, and reviews. By submitting content, you grant Speak with Native a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the platform.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
